I had a good experience here. Cynthia was professional and thorough in conducting my hearing test, making the process comfortable. I especially want to recognize Amanda at the front desk. She was outstanding—helpful, responsive, and excellent with scheduling and follow-up communication. Her customer service truly stood out and made the experience seamless from start to finish. We called the business and scheduled a cleaning and hearing aid checkup. The website clearly states that they provide free cleaning and hearing evaluations – but we were told (after checking in and waiting for a bit) that a cleaning would be $145 for the office visit and the cleaning. Certainly not what we were expecting – when we scheduled the appointment we told the receptionist that we were from out of town and she made did not mention that there would be these fees. Edit: To their credit, they called us the next day, apologized for our experience at the office – and offered a free cleaning and office visit. We visited the office again and were treated promptly and politely. Kudos to the front office staff for making this possible.
My wife needed new domes for her hearing aids. They got us in immediately and Amanda clean the hearing aids and put new domes on for her and gave her a spare set. They did not charge us a penny if I ever need hearing aids. This is the place I’ll go to.
