DeAnne attended University of Missouri – Kansas City and earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix. She started working at Sandia Hearing Aids in 2007 where she began her career in the hearing industry. She was drawn to the profession because she saw an opportunity to help the hearing impaired connect better to their world.

Amanda Medina

Patient Services Coordinator

Hello, My name is Amanda Medina. I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I graduated from Albuquerque High School and found myself searching for my career goal early. After graduating high school, I continued my education at CNM (Central New Mexico Community College) and received my certificate in Health and Wellness and front desk administration. After 8+ years of medical administration I find comfort and happiness, knowing I can help an individual achieve their goal for the day. If I’m not behind the desk answering phones or welcoming guests, I’m casting a line in the river trying to catch me a trout!
